This micro-credential will provide your students and/or employees with the skills and knowledge required to lead and manage continuous improvement systems and processes, with a particular emphasis on leveraging AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and innovation. Learners will develop systems and analyze AI-generated insights to monitor, adjust, and optimize performance strategies while identifying opportunities for further improvements.
The unit applies to individuals who take an active role in managing AI-enhanced continuous improvement processes to achieve an organization’s objectives. At this level, work will be carried out using AI-powered analytics, automation, and predictive modeling, requiring the exercise of considerable discretion and judgment.
