PHASE 1
Pick your primary use cases (e.g., government, infrastructure, energy, cybersecurity, education, compliance).
Success metrics (votes, completion rates, engagement minutes, conversion to paid).
Deliverables: Project Initiation
Policies for privacy, moderation, IP, accessibility, age-appropriate use.
Human + AI moderation plan; data retention & audit trails.
Deliverables: Trust & Safety charter, risk register, incident playbooks.
PHASE 2
Decide SSO (Google/Microsoft) vs. platform accounts vs. wallet login.
Roles/permissions (learner, instructor, admin), profile schema, badges.
Deliverables: IAM design, RBAC matrix, onboarding flows.
Choose currency model (credits/subscriptions; tokens if needed).
Rewards (badges, XP, micro-credentials), marketplace rules.
Deliverables: Pricing & rewards design, checkout flow, marketplace policy.
PHASE 3
Information architecture (campus → buildings → rooms).
Avatar style, movement, voice/chat, spatial audio, accessibility (WCAG).
Deliverables: UX flows, world map, component library, art bible.
Client: WebXR/Three.js/Babylon or Unity/Unreal; mobile/VR support.
Backend: realtime networking, voice, storage, analytics, CDN.
Interop: standards (glTF, USD), APIs, webhooks, LTI for LMS links.
Deliverables: Reference architecture, CI/CD, envs (dev/stage/prod).
STARTUP FEST
(demo day)
At the end of the program, students will present their new Ai project or business, each showcasing a live website with eCommerce and Ai capabilities.

THIS IS WHAT YOU GET DONE IN YOUR INCUBATOR
You will end your Incubator with a full brand identity for your startup. All SOD students graduate from the program with a Brand Name, Domain Name, Logo and Slogan.
At SOD, we only teach Business Theory that makes sense and can be used in today’s new economy. No fillings, no BS. We’re pragmatic and you will graduate with Key Business knowledge to run your StartUp strategically.
During the program, you will gain the skills needed to select the best market to sell what you produce.
You will graduate with a business Google and Digital Environment ready to do marketing for you. This includes your startup website and more.
The focus of our Incubator programs is to develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product for your startup. We will dedicate 3 weeks of the program to get your MVP right.
